Ram Raghuraman was working in a Global Sourcing role for a US based earth-moving equipment manufacturer when the idea for BCube started taking shape. His primary role was to identify components of the supply chain that could be moved to suppliers from China, India and Mexico in order to realize cost efficiencies. In order to make a business case for offshoring, he had to convince multiple stakeholders and ensure every step of the process was aligned and secured. 

His learnings from the multiple cradle-to-grave projects that he executed gave him the confidence to move back to India in 2011 to establish BCube. With an innate ability to spot opportunities in the unexplored, Ram fearlessly charted a new course, igniting BCube’s journey toward innovation and disruption.

His mantra for life is ‘Learning and growing…one day at a time’. Ram lives in his hometown, Chennai with his wife and mother.
