Artificial intelligence has quickly become one of the most discussed topics in business. In supply chain, however, many of the conversations are still too broad to be useful.         If AI remains at the level of interest, experimentation, or internal curiosity, it is unlikely to create sustained value. If it is tied to process efficiency, operating constraints, and focused pilot execution, it can.<\/p>\n
